How does Skycore bill? We will invoice you at the beginning of each month for your plan and at the end of the month for your transactions.
Can I import phone number lists? If you own a dedicated short code you can import phone number lists through the User Interface. If you use a shared short code then you cannot import phone numbers lists on your own. We will import your number list for you if you can show that you have obtained prior written consent to send them text messages.
Is my customer data secure? Who owns it? You own all of the data uploaded to or collected in your account. You can export all of your customer data and transaction data at any time. You can delete your customer data at any time. We are audited annually for PCI DSS compliance.
Do you have an SLA? What is your uptime? We continually meet our target uptime of >99.99% each month with very few exceptions. We have paid SLA’s and extended support tiers available for customers requiring contractual guarantees.
Do you charge additional transaction fees for carrier surcharges? No we do not. Carrier transaction fees are included in our message transaction fees. However, any dedicated short code campaign fees are not included and quoted separately when requested.
