The Manage Passes page is an area for managing passes that have been generated or installed on users’ devices. Here you can view statistical data for each pass and update dynamic data within individual passes.
SettingDescriptionGenerated OnThe date which the pass has been generated on.Custom Pass IDThe unique identifier from your system to identify the pass or pass data uniquely.Serial numberA unique identifier assigned to a generated pass. The serial number is used for identifying a specific pass that you want to update when scheduling a pass update within the Pass Campaign Manager.Customer ReferenceThe customer reference, such as a phone number or email address, that the pass is generated on. If the pass is sent to a phone number or email address, then the pass will be generated with the phone number or email address as the customer reference. If the pass is generated via API or landing page, then the customer reference will be ‘API’.# GeneratedThe total amount of times the pass has been generated.Installed DevicesThe number of devices that have installed the pass. Clicking the ‘# device’ link will redirect you to the ‘Pass Installations’ page, where you can view additional information on the device that had installed the pass.
Update PassesClicking the ‘Update Pass’ link will redirect you to the ‘Update Pass’ page, where you can update any dynamic fields of the pass.
