Credit Card Billing

In order to use our services you may be asked to provide us with a credit card from a card issuer that we accept. We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Changing Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you change your plan your current billing cycle will be cut short and a new cycle will begin. If you change to a free plan you will stop receiving invoices until you upgrade to a paid plan

Invoice Billing

We allow post-paid invoice billing on enterprise accounts. If you are eligible for post-paid invoice billing system we will invoice you at the end of the month for charges incurred through your account. You will have 30 days to pay after receiving the invoice.

Automatic Account Renewal

In order to ensure uninterrupted service, accounts are automatically renewed at the end of each monthly billing cycle. You will be charged the monthly minimum as well as any overage from the previous month.

Cancel Anytime

You may suspend or terminate account and service at any time for any reason unless we have signed contract paperwork stating otherwise.

Line of Credit

We may choose to extend a line of credit to a credit-worthy client or reseller. A client with a line of credit may incur charges up to a specified limit before the accounts are suspended.
