How do you bill? We will invoice you at the beginning of each month for your monthly fees as well as any charges from the previous month. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For Enterprise accounts under contract, we accept check or wire.
How does the Free Trial work? The Free Trial gives you $1 worth of usage each month to experiment with any feature. When you upgrade your Plan, your current billing cycle will end, and a new cycle will begin on that day. If you downgrade to a Free Trial we will stop billing you and your campaigns will be frozen after $1 worth of usage.
Do you support annual billing? Yes we can make your billing period 12 months.
Do you provide free developer access to API's? Yes, please contact us to request a developer onboarding account. We cater to startups and enterprises looking to evaluate or integrate our solution with their systems.
Can I resell your solution? Yes, we can provide you with an admin panel to resell and manage hundreds of client accounts. We can also white label the site to your brand and create custom pricing plans that fit your clientele.
Can I import phone number lists? Yes and No. We allow you to import your number list if you have satisfied the FTC/FCC legal requirement of obtaining an affirmative mobile opt-in. We will allow you to import lists you have built up with other SMS vendors or platforms who we consider in good standing. We will NOT allow you to to acquire a list of numbers and import them into a campaign.
Is my customer data secure? Who owns it? You own all of the data you upload or your customers generate. You can export all of your customer and transaction data at any time. You can remove your customer data at any time.
